About Hayley
Fresh from the riding school and having had a horse on loan for a few months I was looking for something 10 years old and a 'been there done that' type, but after a lot of looking and an unfortunate buy that set my confidence back I got Hayley in 2003, bought as a 3 year old she was a complete blank canvas, the complete opposite of what I was looking for! But despite her age she has always filled me with confidence!
She is a TB X Welsh D and has the most laid back personality, not saying she doesn't have her quirks!, she has a very 'take everything in her stride' attitude which has proved most valuable over the last year spending more time in the stable than out of it!
She had been fit and healthy till 2013 when everything seemed to go wrong!
She fractured her left hind splint bone, she then suffered a hairline fracture to her tibia on the same leg! and then tore a tendon in her front right, to follow her progress through each please view the blog pages for each.
